Isobel McGlinchey

Isobel joined the DLDC board in 2018 and represents the Irish Congress of Trade Unions where she is also a current board member. She worked for Donegal County Council and the HSE for 42 years in the areas of finance & procurement and in the course of her employment was also the support contact person under the Respect and Dignity at Work Policy. Isobel was a member of Impact (Forsa) and held the position of Vice Chair and during this time she amassed a combination of various skills including communication and negotiation skills. Her financial background has also made her a valuable member of MABS (Money, Advice & Budgeting Service) where she held the position of Chairperson for over 2 years.
