500g carton natural yoghurt
1 large egg
2 x 500g carton of porridge oats
2 x bicarbonate soda
1/4 tsp salt
Preheat oven to 200c or gas mark 6.
Put yoghurt in bowl.
Make a well in the middle of yoghurt and add egg.
Refill yoghurt carton twice with oats and mix in bicarbonate soda and salt.
Mix until well combined.
Lightly oil a loaf tin and tip oat mixture in.
Bake in centre of oven for 45 mins.
After 45 mins remove from tin and return the loaf to the oven for a further 5 mins to dry crusts out.
Leave to cool on wire rack then slice and enjoy 😋
