Our Lifelong Learning Officer Bridget Nic Gairbheith recently organised HACCP Food Hygiene training for our SICAP Lifelong Learning Clients via Zoom. About Hygiene delivered the training to over 14 of our clients over 2.5 days. The purpose of this half-day basic HACCP Food Hygiene training programme is to introduce and/or refresh existing staff in basic HACCP food hygiene practice.
