Leonard Molloy

Leonard Molloy joined the board of DLDC in 2025.

He is a founding member and current Chairperson of the Narin, Portnoo, Rosbeg Community Co-Operative Society Limited. Through collaborative leadership, Leonard has helped deliver numerous projects to the area, including a looped walk in Bonnyglen, a coastal pathway at Portnoo, an Astroturf pitch, a playground, and the Donegal Thatching School at the Dolmen Centre.

He has also been instrumental in introducing Donegal’s first ‘Changing Places’ facility at Narin Blue Flag Beach. A committed climate activist, Leonard has championed sustainability initiatives such as installing PV panels, battery backup, and an EV charger at the Community Hub.
