Emma McGarvey

Emma is a Business Support and HR professional with over 20 years of experience supporting complex organisations in West Donegal.

In her role with Templecrone Co-operative (The Cope), she works closely with senior management and the Board of Directors, leading HR operations, workforce planning, compliance, and organisational projects across a diverse, multi-departmental business.

Alongside her professional role, Emma is actively involved in governance and community development. She is a Secretary of The Cope Community Trust and Maghery Coastal Adventures, and a former Chairperson of Dungloe LGFA.

Emma brings a practical, people-focused approach with a strong understanding of both community and enterprise needs.
