Emma Lou Kerr

Emma Lou Kerr joined the board of DLDC in 2025.

She is deeply committed to enhancing community wellbeing through leadership and advocacy. Emma Lou has chaired her local Community Health Forum, provided frontline support, and driven community development initiatives. Most recently, she co-founded United Against Racism Donegal, championing inclusion and equity.

Her work centers on empowering individuals to shape services through meaningful engagement, strong partnerships, and authentic advocacy. Guided by dignity, respect, and fairness, Emma Lou promotes community-led change and sustainable solutions.
