Cllr. Patrick McGowan

Patrick has been associated with the DLDC board since 2002 and is also the longest standing member of the board. He is also an elected councillor for Donegal County Council.

As well as lobbying for improvement in services and resources for constituents, Patrick is very active in supporting local community groups and in particular supporting local community enterprise projects. He is the Director of CAKE in Killygordon & BASICC in Stranorlar”.

Patrick is also a member of many other organisations including CLARE Congress of Europe, AILG association of Irish local Government, ICBANE Cross border group and the Northern & Western Regional Assembly.
