NCCWN Donegal Women’s Network are pleased to be taking bookings for the Space to Breathe online 3-week programme for women which will start on Tuesday 2nd February or if you prefer a Thursday will start on the 4th February.
This is a FREE programme designed and facilitated by Emily Whelan, a Leading Life Coach. Over three sessions you will learn how to use tools and techniques such as, mindfulness practices, self-reflection & journaling exercises, tools for managing stress & anxiety.Two programmes are being offered which will run on Tuesday mornings 10am-1pm starting on 2nd February and Thursday mornings 10am-1pm starting on 4th February.
