Donegal Local Development Company in partnership with Sligo LEADER Partnership, Inishowen Development Partnership and Leitrim Integrated Development Company are calling on Social Enterprises in Counties Donegal, Sligo & Leitrim to avail of supports being made available by Social Enterprise Regeneration Programme 2021.
The Social Enterprise Regeneration Programme is funded by the Department of Rural & Community Development and administered by the Irish Local Development Network (ILDN). The fund is designed to resource Local Development Companies (LDCs) and LDC consortia to provide supports to social enterprises in communities as they emerge from the challenges brought about by the COVID-19 pandemic.
Donegal Local Development Company propose to provide supports under the scheme in the areas of Strategic Planning, Digital Innovation and Income Diversification.
Promoting the scheme, DLDC’s Social Enterprise Manager, John Logue said; ‘this programme has the potential to be of great benefit to Social Enterprises in the Donegal Leitrim and Sligo region. Covid19 has left a significant impact on Social Enterprises across the Country and support is required to assist these entities back on their feet. I am urging Social Enterprises who require support, advice, mentoring or training particularly with relation to Strategic Planning, Digital Innovation and Income Diversification to get in touch with us in order to assess how this Programme can be of support to them.”
