Through these sessions, we will look at…
- What Self Care and Relaxation Therapy is
- Why they are so important for our overall wellbeing
- How stress and anxiety affect our mental, physical, social, emotional and spiritual health
- Realistic ways to manage stress
- Practical ways that we can incorporate Self Care and Relaxation Therapy into our everyday lives.
The sessions will offer: relaxation techniques, simple breathwork activities, mini self-care treatments, awareness in self-kindness and self-compassion and looking at the different elements of Self Care.
