Have you experience as a trainer/facilitator and would like to deliver training and mentorship?
Background:
The Social Enterprise Support Initiative (SESI) will support social enterprise leaders across Donegal to build their skills, competencies and professional networks in 2020. To do this, DLDC and IDP are inviting expressions of interest to join a panel of experts capable of delivering training and mentorship to participating social enterprises.
We are now looking for people with expertise in the following areas:
Business & strategic planning | Financial management |
HR & people management | Fundraising and income generation |
Governance | Marketing & social media |
Internal communications | Digital innovation |
Leadership | Event planning |
Skills
Application Criteria:
- 5+ years’ experience in your chosen area(s) of expertise.
- Experience delivering training sessions with clear learning outcomes.
- Experience mentoring individuals or organisations.
- Knowledge of, or experience working with, social enterprise/community & voluntary sector.
