Donegal Local Development CLG (DLDC) has today, launched its Myth Buster Series.
The initiative is designed to address misinformation and misconceptions within local communities in Donegal. It focuses on issues related to migration, migrants, and minority groups, with the overarching goal of fostering understanding, inclusion, and social cohesion. Misinformation can create barriers between new and settled communities, leading to misunderstandings and divisions.
The programme aims to break down barriers by providing accurate, factual information, encouraging open dialogue, and answering questions that often go unasked in public spaces. By tackling these challenges at a grassroots level, DLDC aims to strengthen community relationships and promote integration throughout Donegal.
Through this campaign, DLDC reaffirms its commitment to building a more informed, inclusive, and united Donegal.
