Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve deli foods (hot and cold items) to a high standard

• Provide friendly and efficient customer service

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in line with food safety standards

• Operate tills and handle customer transactions

• Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering and replenishment

• Follow all health & safety and HACCP procedures

Requirements

• Previous experience in a deli, catering, or food service environment is an advantage but not essential

• Good communication and customer service skills

• Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative

• Flexibility with working hours, including weekends

• A strong work ethic and attention to detail
