Acting Manager (Interim) – Individual Supports Department

Donegal Local Development CLG is an integrated local development company established in 1995.  We deliver a number of external funded programmes to the Donegal community.

Donegal Local Development CLG (DLDC) is now inviting urgent applications for the position of Acting Manager (Interim) as part of its Individual Supports Department.  This is initially for a period of 3 months to cover an absence and may be extended subject to operational requirements.

It is essential that the successful applicant will be an experienced Manager, who will be comfortable reporting to CEO level and who must have demonstrable, people management work experience. It is essential that within the last 2 years you will have had sole responsibility for managing an operational team against defined objectives.

Ideally, you will also have experience within the community and voluntary sector, but this is not essential.  It is essential that you have well-developed leadership, communication, interpersonal and project management skills and ability.

This role is expected to be based in Letterkenny, however, flexibility may be possible with regards to location.  Due to the current pandemic, this role will be mainly working from home.

This position attracts a salary of €50,000 per annum, based on a full-time role.
