The event, facilitated by Donegal Local Development CLG’s Head of Operations, Margaret Larkin, heard from two people who shared their lived experiences of working with charities in Donegal.

Josephine Corkery, a member of Bluestacks Foundation’s Board of Trustees, said the most satisfying part of her role was seeing the impact the charity can make.

Meanwhile, Eugene Carlin Chair of CAKE Cross Killygordan commented that he feels a sense of pride by giving back to the community. He also acknowledged the support CAKE received from DLDC.

DLDC provides a range of supports for charities, including governance and compliance assistance, help with charity regulation, and funding opportunities.
