DLDC 2025 Gender Pay Gap Report

Donegal Local Development CLG (DLDC) has published its Gender Pay Gap Report, highlighting the difference between the earnings of females and males across the organisation, regardless of the work they do.

The 2025 report shows a very small Gender Pay Gap of 1.89%. This doesn’t mean that female employees are paid more than men in DLDC, but rather, females occupy higher paid roles.

The report aims to provide transparency on pay differences, understand factors behind them, help identify actions, and demonstrate DLDC’s commitment to equality and inclusion.

DLDC maintains a fair and transparent pay structure and supports career progression for all staff. The results of the 2025 Gender Pay Gap Report reflect DLDC’s commitment to inclusion, equity, and representation at all levels.

Key Findings:

  • DLDC employed 81 staff at the time of the data snapshot*
  • 73% of DLDC staff are female, and 27% are male
  • 72% of DLDC managerial roles are held by females
  • 91% of DLDC staff are employed full-time
